- Follow the revised guidelines for reversal of BSNL wrong recharge done through CTopUp i.e. Channel TopUp available with PoS aka Retailer.
- Now, note down the BSNL CTopUp recharge transaction id along with your mobile number to place a reversal request.
- Send an SMS “REV <Mobile Number> <Amount> <Transaction ID>” to 58081 for initiating reversal.
This process can also be followed by the retailer themselves to reverse any wrong recharges done. Within minutes, your reversal amount will be credited to the BSNL retailer’s CTopUp mobile number.
Which BSNL Recharge Plans Can Be Cancelled?
Although BSNL offers the recharge reversal feature, not all BSNL recharge plans can be reversed. Only BSNL top up or talk value amount recharged in multiples of 10 are allowed to be reversed that too within the specified time for a reversal. Due to certain technical limitations, BSNL doesn’t allow Validity, Migration, Special Tariff Vouchers and validity granted through recharge transactions to be reversed.
